The Company, grounded in 2011, is run by executives with significant management experience and a weighty network in exploration, development, implementation and financing. Targeted partners are small and medium entrepreneurs whose assets harbor a boost-worthy growth potential in management and financing to produce wealthy outcomes for the largest cluster of stakeholders in a sustainable enabling environment.

Using available database built by the associates, among others, the COMINCA RESOURCES Team has identified and started looking at real estate, renewable energies and agribusiness pilots projects and a series of assets in oil and mining industries in the following countries in Africa: Kenya, Tanzania, Zambia, Botswana, Burkina Faso, South Africa, Namibia, DRC, Nigeria, Ghana and Tunisia. Within the same area of some of the targeted countries, the company is working on positioning itself on the solar market, by partnering with providers of complete range of pre-engineered and modular solar energy kits. Such kits offer a real uniformity or a user friendly packaging or presentation. They are made available in multiple sizes covering on-grid, off-grid, hybrid, and residential and commercial as well as solar water pumps. They enable an efficient business model featured by the ability to provide mass-market solar energy installations.  The company is in a process of acquiring various packages of assets to progressively feed its portfolio. All the prospects are under negotiations and will progressively be unfolded as they are getting shovel-ready for their implementation.
